‘Wall of Hope’ at The Dog House in Kimberly

On Sunday I had they joy of getting out in the sunshine to visit The Dog House pub in Kimberly. The Dog House are currently running a fantastic community project called ‘The Wall of Hope’. Staff are inviting members of the community to come along with an old key and keyring with a message of hope and attach it outside the pub.

The idea is to raise the spirits of the community and bring some messages of hope to those that might be struggling during these difficult times. They were also selling Barista coffee and home made cakes. All funds are to be donated to Harmless!

My message of hope was to celebrate the tiny achievements – no matter how small!

Thank you to The Dog House for fundraising and to anyone who added a message of Hope to the wall. It certainly put a smile on my face and I’m sure it will for many people who pass by.
