We are proud to announce our *seventh* annual national Self Harm Prevention Conference, From Harm to Hope, will be taking place online in March 2022.
Launching on World Self Harm Awareness Day (1st March), we will be hosting 9 live online webinar sessions from a range of expert speakers on all things self harm (and suicide) prevention. This includes academic, professional, and user-led perspectives.
This unique, CPD-accredited conference will be focused on the theme Building Resilience for the Future. We will discuss a range of different topic areas including young people, trauma, additional needs, carers, policy and practical application.
We have an amazing line up of confirmed speakers including:
- Caroline Harroe (CEO, Harmless and The Tomorrow Project)
- Dr. Alexandra Pitman (Clinical Associate Professor & Honorary Consultant Psychiatrist, University College London)
- Karen Lascelles (Nurse Consultant, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust)
- Dr. Sarah Rowe (Associate Professor, Division of Psychiatry, University College London)
As ever, delegates can expect to take away a range of knowledge, inspiration and practical application for implementation in real life personal and professional situations.
