Harmless a part of new Gemma Collins documentary on self harm

Gemma Collins: Self Harm and Me is an intimate and personal account of Gemma Collins’ 20-year struggle with self harm and how it has impacted her life, her friends and her loved ones, as she confronts her demons head on. Harmless are featured as part of this documentary including an interview with our CEO, Caroline Harroe. 

Gemma was one of the many individuals who had experienced self harm and faced this alone, without support. 

Both Harmless and Gemma are committed to ensuring that this does not keep happening and that those who are struggling with self harm and distress no longer have to manage alone. 

In collaboration with Gemma Collins we have set up ‘The Gemma Collins Fund’ to raise money for those who self harm.
