Jack Fox
Office Manager
Jack is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations within the organisation, along with ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
Part of his role is facilities management, which involves keeping buildings and offices maintained and in good working order, so that the team can provide our life saving support services in a safe and comforting environment.
Katherine Fisher
Finance Officer
Katherine is our finance officer. She is responsible for finance and accounting duties within the organisation.
In Katherine’s spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and also volunteers with the running of a local guide unit, participating in crafts, games and nights away.
Eleana-Jayne Davey
Clinical Administration Officer
Eleana’s role involves day to day processing of referrals; supporting with enquiries and handling multiple other projects to aid in the smooth running of each service pathway while looking to continuously improve the quality of our service.
In her spare time, Eleana loves to write, paint, embroider and knit while also getting outside to run and cycle.
Charlotte Dyer
Clinical Administration Officer/Clinical Support Worker
Charlotte works for Harmless as part of her undergraduate Psychology degree. Her role involves supporting the administration process and helping progress client journeys.
Charlotte also works as clinical support worker for Harmless’ out of hours service. Providing support to those impacted by self-harm or suicide crisis.
Outside of work she is a dance teacher and loves to read and bake.
Katie Dolman
Clinical Administration Officer/Clinical Support Worker
Katie also works for Harmless as part of her undergraduate Psychology with Criminology degree. Her role contributes to the efficiency of the organisation, through supporting with the administration process.
In addition, Katie works as clinical support worker for Harmless’ out of hours service. Providing support to those impacted by self-harm or suicide crisis.
Outside of work, Katie loves to dance and eat sushi.
Olivia Back
Data and Research Officer
Olivia is our Data and Research officer. Her project-based role focuses on a variety of data studies across our clinical pathways. The work she produces allows funders to understand the cope and impact our service has.
Outside of work Olivia enjoys playing hockey and keeping fit.
