What is Harmless’ s Out of Hours Service?

It is a support service that both Harmless & The Tomorrow Project offer, outside of working day hours, providing both emotional and practical support to all those at risk of self-harm and suicide. The sessions are facilitated by one of Harmless’ Clinical Support Workers, delivered through a variety of methods such as: text, phone calls, video calls or face to face.

When can I access the service?

Between 6pm and 11pm on Mondays and Thursdays every week.

Where can I access the service?

On Mondays we can be found in our Nottingham office and Thursdays in our East Leake office. For full address details, please contact us!

Anyone living in Nottinghamshire or Leicestershire
