It’s okay

I’m going to keep this short and sweet because sometimes when we are overwhelmed, we can only take in so much information.

So if you are struggling today. It’s okay not to be okay.

It’s okay not to want to get out of bed today.

It’s okay to only want to speak to your pet/s.

It’s okay to lean on people and rely on others for help.

It’s okay to stay to get wrapped up in a blanket and get comfy.

It’s okay to comfort yourself with a guilty pleasure snack.

It’s okay to feel sad and have a cry.

It’s okay to let yourself have an off day.

It’s okay to do whatever you need to do to get through today.
