At Harmless, we try to take every day as an opportunity to embrace equity and celebrate International Women’s Day. This year’s theme of “Embrace Equity” celebrates the immense contribution that women have made in paving the way for greater gender equality in many areas of society, including leadership roles.
We believe that embracing equity means recognising the value of everyone’s unique experiences and perspectives, and using this to create a more open, fair and supportive environment. At Harmless we are working hard to create an inclusive workplace where all our team members feel respected, appreciated and empowered to make a difference.
On International Women’s Day, let’s celebrate the progress we’ve made to create a more equitable world and recognise how far we still need to go. At Harmless, we’re proud of our commitment to gender equality and excited for the future as we strive towards a more just society.
