Anna Maggs

Quality & Relations Manager

Anna has worked in third sector marketing, administration, and project management since 2011. During this time, she has gained experience in overseas development, conservation, and youth programmes. She joined Harmless in 2020, wanting to specialise further in mental health.


She works across the organisation, leading on continuous improvement of administration and processes. She is focused on enhancing the client journey and communicating the Harmless brand. Anna also works closely with the senior management team on strategic planning and day to day operations. She manages the Quality and Relations team.


Outside of work, Anna enjoys yoga, running, swimming and reading.
