Anna joined Harmless in September 2024 as a Clinical Administrator, supporting the Nottingham team. Previously, she had spent more than a decade working in a pharmacy support role, where she helped vulnerable customers manage their medication and provided healthcare advice.

She has also worked as a graphic designer, both in-house and freelance, and has a degree in Biotechnology.

Anna has a lived experience of supporting friends in various mental health crises and overcoming her own mental health challenges, which inspired her to look for a role where she could contribute her time and skills towards helping people in crisis.

She’s particularly interested in exploring how visual arts and art therapy can help people who struggle with verbal communication share their feelings and open up about their experiences.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys reading popular science books, painting, spending time with family and friends, and exploring local green spaces with her camera.
