Darren joined Harmless in 2010 and is currently our Chief Operating Officer.

He works closely with our senior management team to ensure our projects run effectively, efficiently, and economically. As part of his role, Darren dedicates his time to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all existing and new services across the organisation.

Although Darren has interest in all aspect of business management, his area of specialism is Human Resources. He is particularly passionate about empowering others to succeed in their roles; ensuring people have a voice in the direction, development, and implementation of services and ultimately, organisational success.

Outside of work, Darren enjoys travelling, walks in the countryside and is a season ticket holder at Leicester City Football Club.
