Dean joined Harmless in January 2023 as a Clinical Administrator for the Self Harm pathway. Prior to this, Dean had been working towards obtaining a diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and is halfway there. He jumped at the chance to work for Harmless when he saw the role advertised as working in mental health support has been a long-term goal of his – the role seemed a perfect fit with his previous employment background in an administrative and customer service capacity.

Outside of work, Dean’s interests include music, football, writing, films, reading all kinds of books (fiction, autobiographies, academic) and keeping his dog, Hugo, out of trouble.
