Harmless’ vision is to be the leading service provider in the field of self harm, by providing ease of access to service for people who self harm, their friends, families and professionals. In doing so we shall reduce the rate and severity of self harm in the UK, and promote health, hope and recovery of people who are in psychological distress and do, or are at risk of self harm.
Hope and compassionate, responsive and empowering care sits at the heart of the Harmless service and whatever the role that an employee plays, it is ultimately aimed at ensuring these core values and aims are met.
