Hey, I’m Georgie, the Film and Media Officer at Harmless!

I have worked closely with Harmless over the past couple of years to create short film and animation content for the social media pages, campaigns, and annual conferences.  

In my filmmaking I like to focus on personal and socially conscious themes, such as queer identity and disability, aiming to breakdown stereotypes and create a platforms for underrepresented voices. I am one half of the Leicester based filmmaking team ELK Medium, whose style is defined by experimentation and originality. So far ELK has created films surrounding dyslexia, ADHD, homelessness, PTSD, and representation for women.

As well as creating films I also enjoy playing roller derby, watching moves, volunteering at festivals and I am also currently attempting to learn how to skateboard.
