I am the Office Manager and have been working for Harmless since March of 2015. In my role I am responsible for overseeing the administrative operations the organisation along with ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis. As part of this I implement and maintain procedures and office administrative systems. Also part of my role is facilities management which involves keeping buildings and offices maintained and in good working order so that the team can provide our life saving support services in a safe and comforting environment.
