Lois began working for Harmless in July 2023 as a Clinical Support Worker on the Suicide Bereavement Pathway. Her role involves providing specialist emotional and practical support to those bereaved by suicide.

Lois has experience working and volunteering with vulnerable adults and children within custody settings, and has recently qualified in Mental Health and Counselling Studies.

Outside of work, Lois enjoys long country walks, reading and continuing her love of studies in counselling and psychology.
