Caroline, our CEO was the service’s co-founder and now remains active in her role of driving our service forwards to help those in need emerging from her own lived experience.

She works closely with the Senior Management Team and is a duo with the COO, Darren Fox, who after many years at the service, looks after the operational side of our work.

Within the rest of the team we have a Management Team including representatives from across our training and clinical teams; these guys look over their various pathways and ensure the smooth running of the work that we deliver.

We have people working on all aspects of the service including specialist Clinical Support Workers, Therapists and Counsellors, a fundamentally important Office and Administration Team and Research team and a group of specialist Trainers.

There’s always so much going on that the team work closely together and we all know each other well! If you would like to learn more about each role and the kind of things that the team do then please click here.

The work at Harmless can be extremely varied and so you may not always expect the things the team get up to!
