Mollie joined Harmless in November 2024 as an Academy Administrative Officer in our Nottingham office. 

She ensures the smooth running of our training services and is the first point of contact for any queries regarding the training we offer through The Academy at Harmless.

Mollie has her own lived experience of self harm and mental health struggles, and joined Harmless to contribute to a cause she is passionate about. 

Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, record collecting, and spending time with loved ones.
