Rachael Wigfield

CLINICAL SUPPORT WORKER

Rachael joined The Tomorrow Project in February 2024 and works as a Clinical Support Worker. Rachael’s passion for supporting those bereaved by suicide comes from personal experience, having lost a close friend.

Rachael has a degree in Health and Social Care and also holds a counselling qualification in Counselling Skills and Counselling Awareness. Prior to joining the Harmless team, she worked in a Special Educational Needs school working with children and young adults with a large range of neurodivergent and behavioural difficulties.

Previously, Rachael also taught English Language to students in Thailand and has volunteered at the local soup kitchen and hospital where she worked alongside vulnerable adults.

Outside of work Rachael enjoys spending time with family, holidays and socialising with friends.
