Self Harm Team Lead
Sydney joined Harmless full-time in August 2021 as a Clinical Support Worker for the Suicide Crisis Pathway, as part of the Tomorrow Project. This was after completing her BSc (hons) in Psychology and MSc in Mental Health: Research and Practice at the University of Nottingham.
She is now the Self-Harm Team Lead for Harmless, which she became in October 2022 alongside Colin. Sydney spends her time supporting the Self Harm Service Manager and Clinical Operations Manager in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the self-harm pathway. She also line-manages the wider self-harm team empower them to succeed in their roles, and ultimately help others.
During Sydney’s spare time, she likes to play with her two dogs, Bruno and Stanley and eat her way through the snacks in the kitchen.
