Val is a Clinical Supervisor, and a Specialist Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Having personal experience of self harm and mental health issues, Val is passionate about supporting adults and young people through similar situations. Val has graduated from university and has gained degrees in Person Centred Counselling and Childhood studies.  She over 20 years’ experience of working in education with children, young people and adults.

Val enjoys art, dance and relaxing in the countryside.
