Redeveloped Self Harm Awareness Training for 2026

For Self Harm Awareness Day (SHAD) this Sunday (1st March), we are proud to announce that The Academy at Harmless has officially launched its newly enhanced self harm awareness training programme.

In line with the SHAD 2026 theme, ‘Connection is Coping: Finding Support Together’, our updated content moves beyond basic awareness. We have redesigned our sessions to address the ‘uncomfortable truths’ and break down the barriers that prevent meaningful connection.
