Hello, my name is Olivia Back. I am recruiting participants for my thesis project which is investigating parental experiences of losing a child to suicide.

We are conducting a research study to explore how parents experience the loss of their child to suicide and whether there are differences between mothers and fathers.
What is involved?
A confidential 1:1 interview which will involve guided questions about your experience.
Who?
You can participate if you are a parent over the age of 18 who has lost a child to suicide more than 12 months ago, are able to read and write in English and feel able to participate.
Why?
Your experiences will contribute to the evidence base for suicide bereavement and could go on to develop services and the support offered to better meet the needs of parents who have lost a child to suicide.
