My life before seemed hopeless. I was self harming and frequently suicidal. Harmless is special because I’ve had counselling and therapy in the past and I’ve never felt so listened to. I don’t know where I’d be without Harmless

A Space for You: OASIS Drop-In Services

The period of waiting for specialist support can often feel like the hardest part of the journey. To bridge that gap, we are reopening our doors to provide immediate, tangible connection through our Open Access Support and Information Service (OASIS).

This drop-in support service is begins for those on our self harm and bereavement waiting lists in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire on Tuesday 9th June 2026. Further services will be launching in Leicestershire and Derbyshire soon.

Whether you are navigating this path for yourself or supporting someone you care for, these clinics are designed to be a steady hand while you wait for long-term services.

OASIS is more than a clinic; it is a dedicated space for clarity and support. There is no need for an appointment or a formal booking – simply come as you are.
