Could You Be A Fundraising Partner in 2026?

The services we provide at Harmless and The Tomorrow Project will always be free to those who need them, but raising the funds to support everyone who relies on us can be a challenge. We are always grateful to our incredible fundraisers, who contribute so much to our work, and every penny they raise goes directly towards supporting our life-saving services.

Each year, we are fortunate to work with so many people who are passionate about contributing to what we do. We partner with a diverse range of organisations that share our values, many of whom choose to fundraise for us throughout the year.

It is always a privilege when supporters share their stories with us, especially when they consent to us sharing their experiences. This week’s Sunday Spotlight piece is written by Emily from Collins Wealth Management, who explains why they chose to fundraise for Harmless and The Tomorrow Project.

Why We Chose to Fundraise for Harmless and The Tomorrow Project
By Emily Hutchinson (Collins Wealth Management)

This year, as a team, we wanted our fundraising efforts to support an organisation making a tangible and compassionate difference in people’s lives. Choosing Harmless and The Tomorrow Project felt natural from the moment we learned about their work.

Harmless provides life-saving support to people who struggle with self harm, offering a safe, understanding space where individuals can speak openly and receive specialist help without judgement. Alongside them, The Tomorrow Project delivers critical suicide-prevention and postvention support within communities quietly, respectfully, and often at the most difficult moments in people’s lives. Together, their work fills gaps that too often go unspoken, offering hope where it’s needed most.

Sadly, it’s rare these days to meet someone who hasn’t been directly or indirectly affected by the issues Harmless and The Tomorrow Project exist to address. That reality makes their mission deeply personal to many of us. This is a function close to our team’s hearts and supporting them feels not only meaningful but necessary.

Our 2025 Golf Day was a chance not only to raise funds, but also to raise awareness of the importance of accessible, compassionate mental health support. We were inspired by how Harmless and The Tomorrow Project meet people with understanding and dignity, and it felt fitting to align our efforts with a cause that touches so many lives.

Supporting them has reminded us how powerful community can be. Every conversation, every donation, and every shared story contributes to making sure nobody faces their struggles alone. We’re proud to champion an organisation whose mission truly matters.
