From Harm to Hope 2025: Conference Tickets Now On Sale

An inspirational day of learning and collaboration.

Join Harmless – the national centre of excellence for self harm and suicide prevention – as it leads National Self Harm Awareness Day 2025 with its annual flagship conference. Featuring a range of expert speakers and leading academics, this is your opportunity to join delegates from across the sector for an engaging day of specialist and evidence-based content.

Fully CPD-accredited, the event will deliver knowledge and practical solutions for implementation in real-life situations, as well as the chance to share experiences. The format includes plenary presentations, workshops and networking opportunities. Uniquely for conferences of this type, all proceeds from ticket sales go directly towards funding Harmless’ life-saving services.

Our theme for 2025 is Every Life Matters, But Who Do We Save? The Competing Demands on Services When Delivering Life-Saving Self Harm and Suicide Prevention Work. As at previous events, our strategic focus will be on:

• Collaborative Partnership
• Service-User Representation
• Effective Practice
• Driving Change
• Overcoming Stigma and Discrimination

A full line-up of our guest speakers and workshop leaders will be announced soon.

After a hugely successful 2024 conference, we are delighted to be returning to Trent Conference Centre, Nottingham’s leading independent events venue. Delegates unable to attend in person can also participate via a live stream. We hope you can join us to learn, collaborate and contribute to what is always a fascinating and memorable event.

Feedback from our 2024 event:
‘A very inspiring day’

The conference takes place 9am–5pm Friday 28th February 2025 at Trent Conference Centre, Trent Vineyard, Nottingham NG7  2PX.

Tickets are priced at £130 in-person (including refreshments and a hot lunch) or £80 for online delegates. Booking is now open via Eventbrite.
