At Harmless, we know that the effects of self harm go beyond the person who is self harming, as a service we are here for anyone who is affected by self harm. That is why we are running Parent and Carer drop in support.
The aim of these drop ins is to provide emotional support to carers that is focussed on their own wellbeing. This is support is an opportunity for carers to focus on themselves with in-person peer support. We have heard the need for this and have taken action.
Come to our Beech Avenue office to spend some time with our clinicians and other parents on the following dates and times:
7th March 2023 6pm-7pm
22nd March 2023 10:30am- 11:30am
