Choir for Hope
Fortnightly on Tuesdays 2pm–3.30pm

Harmless has created a Choir for Hope – a unique opportunity to come together, sing, and connect under the expert guidance of renowned choirmaster Kari Olsen-Porthouse from The Liberty Singers. You’ll be joined by our own experienced and compassionate team in a supportive, low-pressure choir for anyone affected by mental distress, lived experience or loss. No singing skills required!
Our next upcoming dates are 14th April, 28th April, 5th May, 19th May, 2nd June, 16th June, 30th June and 14th July 2026.
Kayak for Henry
Spring 2026
This spring, Frankie Millar will be kayaking 1500km around the entire coastline of Ireland to support Henry’s Match, the annual fundraising football fixture played in memory of Henry James Campbell (see below). It’s a huge challenge, but every mile will be for Henry – and for anyone else who has to struggle in silence.
Kemet FM Healthcare Show

We are starting a new stint on the Kemet FM Healthcare show, hosted by Christine Belle. We will be appearing regularly throughout the year to provide mental health advice and promote awareness of local services.

Harmless and The Tomorrow Project will be making their Download Festival debut! Based within the District X / Campsite Village area alongside lots of other fantastic organisations, we’ll be raising awareness of our services, facilitating referrals and encouraging important conversations.

Henry's Match

The 8th annual Henry’s Match will be held at Bingham Town FC in memory of Henry James Campbell. Every year, his friends gather to raise funds, spirits and awareness. Pop along to watch the match and enter the raffle for the chance to win a fantastic prize – all in support of our life-saving services.
