Harmless & The Tomorrow Project Text Service:
This service is open to people of all ages in Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, experiencing thoughts of suicide or self harm.
Conversations can be started by texting 07800 002606. For over 18’s, text ‘HOPE’, for under 18’s, text ‘LISTEN’.
Please note that this text service runs on a rota, to ensure that it’s accessible to as many people as possible. Check our social media pages at the start of each week to get regular reminders of our opening hours!
The Harmless and Tomorrow Project text service is open this week on:
- Wednesday 27th April 10am-1pm
- Friday 29th April 1pm-4pm
Harmless Out of Hours Service:
Our Out of Hours service is available to those within Nottinghamshire who are affected by self-harm and suicide. Our service is there to offer a sense of safety, help manage and mitigate risk and for you to receive appropriate advice and guidance to best meet your needs.

The Harmless Out of Hours service is open this week on:

CHESS: (Crisis, Help, Emotional & Social Support):
CHESS offers 1-1 and group support over zoom in both Lincolnshire and Bassetlaw this week for anyone at risk of suicide or self harm.
- Lincolnshire: Open for men 18+ on Wednesday 27th April (5-7pm) and Friday 29th April (10am-12pm)
- Bassetlaw: Open to all genders 18+ on Wednesday 27th April (5-7pm) and Friday 29th April (10am-12pm)
