What You Can Expect From Us

Who Is It For?
Anyone impacted by self harm and / or suicide in Nottinghamshire or Leicestershire.
What Does It Do?
Offers emotional and practical support, psychoeducation, signposting, referrals and coping skills development.
Where Does It Operate?
Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Bassetlaw, Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
How To Access It
Call / text 07925 579 516 or complete the online referral form. The service accepts both professional and self-referrals.
What To Expect
Same-day response during opening hours (Thursdays 6pm–11pm), up to 4-day wait outside hours. Pre-assessment required. Support options include text, phone, video call or face-to-face meetings.
Evidence Base
Provides immediate support based on best practices for crisis intervention and stabilisation.
Confidentiality
Anything you tell us will always be treated in the strictest confidence, unless we have concerns about the immediate safety of yourself or anyone else. In these instances, we may need to involve other people and / or services. If this becomes necessary, we will always try to talk to you about this first.
Exclusions
We will NOT be able to offer support if…
- You have used alcohol or substances within the last 3 hours.
- You are presenting in an active suicide crisis.
- You have a history of violence (assessed on a case-by-case basis).
